As the Founder and Managing Director of Webber Architects, I bring over 20 years of experience, during which I have successfully delivered several award-winning projects. In my role, I lead our team of Architects, Interior designers, and Administrative staff to create inspiring and quality designs. Our work encompasses all aspects of architectural design, master planning, and urban design for both commercial and residential project.

Career Journey: My career journey spans Newcastle, Sydney, and international projects, garnering accolades for exceptional design work and commitment to excellence. I’ve collaborated on diverse projects, from commercial complexes to residential developments, honing my skills and expanding my expertise.

Passion and Achievements: My passion for architecture inspires my team and drives each project. I prioritise client vision, functionality, and positive community impact. Personal Interests and Hobbies: When I’m not at work, I cherish spending quality time with my four children. We often engage in various sporting activities like netball, football, and surfing. Growing up in Newcastle, my close proximity to the beach has deeply influenced my life, leading me to actively participate in the surf life-saving community. These experiences have enriched my perspective, emphasising the significance of community engagement and sustainable practices in both my personal life and professional approach to design.

Future Goals: Moving forward, my goal is to continue pushing the boundaries of Architectural design, embracing sustainability, and fostering collaborations for positive change in the industry.
