At Webber we recently revisited our company Values, holding them up for scrutiny, and asking every team member to share opinions about their relevance as well as their recommendations for a reboot.

Facilitated by consultant Human Kapital, the process has stimulated new ideas and resulted in a reconnection with the core principles that underpin everything we do.

Our renewed Values were given a final endorsement by the Webber leadership team at our quarterly training day held at Mercure Charlestown.
