Webber delivered a new multi-million-dollar residential development in East Maitland NSW for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation and Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. Designed under the Affordable Rental Housing SEPP 2009, the project provides 18 modern apartments, replacing ageing properties that were no longer fit for purpose.

The three-storey building includes seven two-bedroom and eleven one-bedroom units, creating secure homes for more than 20 residents in need. The design prioritises livability and long-term sustainability through durable, low-maintenance materials such as face brick and lightweight cladding. Screened balconies provide privacy and passive surveillance, while landscaped areas, including new street trees, contribute to the neighbourhood character.
