NCC have introduced changes to their DA lodgement process to satisfy legistlative requirements and improve their assessment process. Some of the changes include:
– Introduction of Newcaslte Environmental Plan 2012
– Introduction of Development Control Plan 2012
– Submission requirement of electronic copy of application and supporting documentation
– Amendments to submission checklists and development application forms
This is likely to reduce delays in processing applications and perhaps a step towards the implementation of an online tracking system for all DAs.
