This project consists of twelve 2 bedroom units stepping up the site separated by visitor parking bays and landscaped areas.

Each unit has a single┬ácar garage, paved outdoor area, and landscaped yard. The “through living area” pertains to good urban design providing supervision of common areas, a strong relationship to private open space, and encouraging passive solar access.

The various materials used on the facade break down the mass and link the scale of the development to the surroundings.
