Construction is now well underway on this beautiful waterfront apartment block which contains three high quality units, each with views directly out over Port Stephens.  Having completed the ground floor slabs, the builder Sean Richards is progressing well and are on schedule for completion in 2015.  The clients recently had the opportunity to make some material selections in regards to the stone facade and have selected a a mix or dark shale and lighter limestone (see image above – 2nd from left),  however once started the stonework will take several months to complete.  This exciting residential development is certainly one to watch.
