how diversity in our workplace sets our service delivery apart

by Jon Webber

With International Women’s Day celebrations earlier this year, Webber Architects reflected upon the composition of males and females working within our practice and more broadly in architecture and senior roles.

Webber Architects prides itself on its significant representation of significant women performing significant roles!  Currently over half of our team members are women.

Our experience reflects research findings that diversity in our workplace brings different ideas, views and insights, enhancing our ability to find and offer the best creative solutions.

Introducing the women of Webber Architects:
Sandra Hinchey – Director
Janette Barnes – Office Manager
Kimberly Zammit – Office Manager
Georgia King – Administration Assistant

Tanya Killen – Interior Designer
Megan Webber – Marketing Manager
Rachel Wilkes – Graduate of Architecture
Rebekah Hogan – Student of Architecture
Fernanda Espinoza – Graduate of Architecture
Candice Andrews – Graduate of Architecture

Saara van Rugge – Graduate of Architecture
Ana Dunhoven – Graduate of Architecture
Lauren Burke – Graduate of Interior Architecture

Ana is currently enjoying leave following the recent arrival of her second baby.  We wish her well and look forward to welcoming her back.

In line with this year’s International Women’s Day campaign line, Webber Architects is helping to “forge a better working world – a more inclusive, gender equal world” in an industry in which women in practice are vastly under-represented. #BeBoldForChange
