Founder and Managing Director, Jon Webber is a multi award winning Registered Architect with over 20 years’ experience practising in Newcastle, Sydney and internationally. Jon has expertise in commercial and residential architecture, interior design, masterplanning, and urban design. Jon’s passion and drive inspire his team and each project. He ensures the client’s vision as well as the project’s functionality and feasibility stay at the forefront at every stage in the design process. Jon always offers well thought out design solutions and focuses on creating commercial, residential and civic spaces that endure as positive influences on the wider community.

Director, Sandra Hinchey, is a dedicated Registered Architect, valued and respected as a member of the Senior Management Team and Project Team Leader. She is an asset to any project. Sandra is expert in interior design, master planning, cost planning, and detailed design and documentation for residential, multi-residential and commercial projects. Sandra has specific skills in designing and managing large scale education, sport and health projects. She has a special interest in the social responsibility of architects both within and beyond practice and is passionate about environmental issues and mindful of being environmentally responsible and resource efficient in her architecture.

Keiran, a Director and highly regarded member of the Senior Management Team, capably both oversees a project team and leads our Sydney-based team. Keiran draws on a wealth of experience in commercial and residential architecture, interior design and master planning for small and large scale projects. Keiran has consolidated experience in dense, multi-unit development as well as office, hospitality and retail fit out. Keiran is instrumental in ongoing improvement of our CAD systems and development of our drawing technologies.

Associate Director and Registered Architect, Tim Hayes is a valued member of the Senior Management Team and a respected Project Team Leader. Tim’s experience encompasses small and large scale residential projects, heritage projects, master planning, and commercial projects in the education, childcare, health, aged care, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Tim’s prior experience working within leading engineering consultancy firms has enriched him with a holistic view of the construction process which shapes his approach to project management ensuring its success.

Luke is a capable member of a Webber Architects’ project team, taking responsibility for documentation, drafting and model making for commercial and residential projects. Luke’s experience is in commercial and residential architecture, interior design and master planning for projects of various scales. Luke maintains a current knowledge base by actively participating in a continual professional development program. With his sound construction knowledge, Luke is a dependable Technical Documentation Manager, proficient in the development of the highest quality construction documents to benefit your project. Luke is also adept at creating presentation material to assist your visualisation of a concept.

Associate and Head of Interior Design, Tanya Killen has impressive experience in residential, commercial (including retail, hospitality and office), education, community, and healthcare interior design as well as design and construction of space activation and pop-up installation.
