As the Finance & Administration Manager at Webber Architects, I work closely with our Directors to support the people, systems and processes that help our business thrive. With more than 10 years’ experience across finance, operations, governance, people and culture, and business improvement, I enjoy creating positive change, strengthening workplace culture, and helping teams perform at their best.
My career has spanned professional services, technology, manufacturing and small business ownership, giving me a diverse background in business operations, finance, people leadership and organisational improvement. Today, I bring that experience to Webber, where I support the ongoing growth and success of our practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, riding bikes, doing arts and crafts, watching movies, and playing board games. With a background in graphic design, I’ve always loved being creative. When I’m not spending time with my family, you’ll find me painting with acrylics on canvas; regularly entering my artwork into local exhibitions and art awards.
I’m passionate about helping people and businesses succeed. I enjoy improving systems, building positive workplace cultures, and finding better ways of working. Some highlights of my career include leading the implementation of an ISO 9001 Quality Management System, successfully building and growing my own business, and supporting leadership teams to achieve their strategic goals. Seeing people develop and organisations thrive is what motivates me most.
My goal is to continue growing as a strategic business leader while helping Webber achieve its long-term vision through strong people, culture, sustainability, and business improvement initiatives. I am committed to fostering a positive workplace, supporting our people to succeed, and helping the business continue to grow and evolve.
