Project Leader

Qualifications

Master of Architecture
Master of Project Management

As a Project Leader at Webber Architects, I manage projects from concept through to completion, leading teams to deliver outcomes that meet the client brief, budget, and program. My role involves coordinating tasks across design and construction phases, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, resolving technical challenges as they arise, and ensuring that clear, accurate documentation is prepared and issued to all stakeholders.

Career Journey: I started at Webber over 3 years ago as a graduate in Architecture. Since then, I’ve worked on a range of residential and educational projects that have helped me build both my technical and project coordination skills. Over time, I’ve taken on more responsibility and grown into my current role as a Project Leader.

Passion and Achievements: What I enjoy most about architecture is the way it blends creativity with technical problem-solving—no two projects are ever the same, and that keeps things exciting. I’ve been fortunate to work on several educational and residential developments, which have given me valuable experience in teamwork, contract administration, and client communication. I’m particularly passionate about using design to make a positive difference and am looking forward to incorporating more “design with country” principles into our future projects, fostering a deeper connection with the land and cultural context.

Personal Interests and Hobbies: Outside of work, I love being outdoors and staying active. Running, sailing, and swimming are some of my favourite ways to unwind and reset. They give me a refreshing break from the fast pace of the work week and help keep my mind and body balanced.

Future Goals: In the future, I hope to continue growing as a leader within the practice and support the development of junior team members by sharing what I’ve learned along the way. I’m also excited about the opportunity to work on landmark projects that have a lasting impact on the communities we design for. Being able to contribute meaningfully—through both design and collaboration—is what drives me every day.
