As Finance Officer at Webber Architects, I oversee the company’s financial operations, including managing accounts receivable and payable. My role involves maintaining efficient invoicing processes, supporting project teams with timely financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. By staying detail-focused and adaptable, I help ensure the smooth financial running of our diverse range of projects across the industrial, educational, commercial, and residential sectors.

Career Journey: I joined Webber Architects in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant. It wasn’t long before I discovered my passion for finance and was promoted to Finance Officer in January 2023. In my current role, I manage accounts receivable and payable and handle financial reporting. Being involved in the financial side of operations has given me the opportunity to support a broad range of industrial, educational, commercial, and residential projects—something I find both rewarding and motivating.

Passion and Achievements: What I enjoy most about working at Webber Architects is the positive, fast-paced environment and the diverse mix of people I get to collaborate with. Being engaged in the invoicing process across all teams means I get a unique insight into the wide variety of exciting projects we work on. It’s incredibly fulfilling to play a role—behind the scenes—in helping these projects come to life.

Personal Interests and Hobbies: Outside of work, I have a wide range of interests that keep me energised and inspired. I love travelling, swimming, reading, and photography, and I also enjoy tennis, piano, fashion, and cinematography. On weekends, you’ll often find me cycling or walking along bush and coastal tracks, enjoying nature and recharging for the week ahead.

Future Goals: I’m excited about the opportunities for professional growth at Webber Architects and the fast-paced nature of the work we do. Looking ahead, I hope to continue expanding my knowledge in finance and further develop my skills within this field. My goal is to keep learning, growing, and progressing in my career—while staying flexible and adaptable in a dynamic team environment.
