The HVCCC project located at Nineways Broadmeadow was a year long collaboration with the client, designed to meet their needs for a functional and practical growing office space with a character that would reflect such business. The conceptual ideas played with the use of natural light, security & entrance. Aesthetic materials to enrich the project would look at the use of steel, coal, rust & industry. The project would incorporate boardrooms, offices, staff rooms, amenities, breakout spaces, & a entry reception area which would be smart, modern, with a character that would define the company and leave a lasting mark of staff & visitors to come.
